Khalid al-Fawwaz
Khalid al-Fawwaz is a Saudi dissident who has been living in London, United Kingdom since 1994. In 1995, while Osama bin Laden was in the Republic of Sudan, Al-Fawwaz was said to be attempting to pave the way for bin Laden to move to Britain.
