Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease
Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease is a subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis, most common in Asia, but seen worldwide. More common in women presenting with lymphadenitis in the neck with sore throat, weight loss, chills, muscle pain (myalgias), pain in the joints (arthralgias), enlarged spleen, and skin rash.
