Kara Musa Pasha
Kara Musa Pasha was an Ottoman soldier and statesman who was named grand vizier by the Sultan Ibrahim I on 16 September 1647 after Nevesinli Salih Pasha's execution. Since Kara Musa Pasha was in campaign in Crete in his title of Kapudan Pasha (Grand Admiral of the Ottoman Navy), the imperial seal was sent to him by way of sea.
