Kawasaki triple
"Kawasaki Triple is a generic nickname for a range for motorcycles Kawasaki produced from 1969 to 1976 in the United States and up to 1979 elsewhere. The name comes from the motorcycle's unconventional engine layout, an air cooled three cylinder two stroke with two exhaust pipes exiting on the right side of the bike and one on the left.
