Katherine Carr
Katherine Fox Carr is an American politician from Indiana, who has ran as the Democratic candidate for Congress from the 5th congressional district in Indiana for the past three election cycles. She lost the 2006 race by just over 60,000 votes compaired to losing by well over 85,000 votes in the 2002 midterm election.
