Kathy Ireland (born Kathleen Marie Ireland in March 1963 in Santa Barbara, California) is an American supermodel, actress, author, and entrepreneur. Her modeling career took off as a result of being featured on the cover of the 1989 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue (pictured).
