Khaver Talibova
Khaver Talibova (Azərbaycan: Xavər Talıbova; Russian: Хавер Талыбова) – a Hero of Socialist Labor and prominent communist leader in Lankaran, was born in 1924 in Lenkaran, Azerbaijan SSR. She held various communist leadership positions in Azerbaijan, which had significant influence on the development of agriculture of the Lankaran region.
