Kalamukha

In Hindu culture, Kalamukha (or "black-face") refers to a member of an ascetic group prevalent in medieval India. The Kalamukhas were closely related to the Kapalikas, or skull-bearers, another group of ascetics, as well as practioners of esoteric Buddhist Tantra.
