Karl Schäfer (WWI Ace)



Karl Emil Schäfer (December 17, 1891 – June 5, 1917) was a German pilot during World War One. Schäfer was born in Krefeld and became a flying ace during the war, credited with 30 victories and awarded the Pour le Mérite.
