Khula
Khula (reward for obtaining divorce) is the money or something else given by a women to a man to let her go. This is because a women cannot obtain divorce without the consent of her husband in Islamic jurisprudence This is a particular problem in such countries as Pakistan], [[Iran, and other Islamic nations where there are sharia courts in charge of marriage laws with Islamic clergy in control.
