Khandu Wangchuk
Lyonpo Khandu Wangchuk (born 1950) is a member of the Council of Ministers of Bhutan. He was chairman of the Council (Prime Minister) from 2001 until 2002, and has been the foreign minister of Bhutan since 2003.
