Königsberger Klopse



Königsberger Klopse (or Klöpse), also known as Soßklopse, are a German dish consisting of meatballs in a white sauce with capers. They are named after the formerly German city of Königsberg (now Kaliningrad) and originate from the East Prussian cuisine.
