Kakakhel
Kakakhel Myagaan/Syeds (Mya is alternative word for syed in pushto) are living all along the so called Durand Line, stretching from Attock to Hangu, Ningrar, Dir, Bajawur, Shaukadar, Mardaan, Swat, and Charssada territories. So roughly speaking, they are all over Afghanistan, whether it's east or west of the Khaybar Pass.
