Keiko Toda



, born Keiko Inoue (井上恵子 Inoue Keiko; born on September 12, 1957 in Kasugai, Aichi, Japan) is a Japanese actress and seiyū, or voice actor/actress. Her most famous role is being the voice of the children's hero Anpanman on the long running Japanese cartoon Soreike!
