Kalev Ots
Kalev Ots (January 11, 1949) is an Estonian statesman. He is the Prime Minister in the capacity of the President of the Republic (Peaminister Vabariigi Presidendi ĂĽlesandeis) of the internationally unrecognized government in exile of the pre-World War II Republic of Estonia, on ground of the Estonian constitution of 1938.
