Kheer
Kheer (Sanskrit: Payasam, Oriya: Kheeri , Kannada :Payasa) is a traditional Indian and Pakistani dish, a rice pudding typically made by boiling rice with milk and sugar. It is often flavored with cardamom and pistachios.
