Kanpumasatsu



Kanpumasatsu （乾布摩擦[かんぷまさつ]）is (as the kanji suggests) the activity of rubbing your body with a dry cloth. In Japan, it is thought to strengthen or warm up your skin, and therefore to prevent from illness associated with winter such as cold.
