KidMark
Kidmark is the name of the company that owns (or owned) the rights to the original 13 Dragon Ball episodes as well as the first movie, Curse of the Blood Rubies. These versions originally aired sometime between 1997 and 1998 because of the success of Dragon Ball Z.
