Kamchatka Krai
Kamchatka Krai () is a new federal subject of Russia (a krai) that is scheduled to come into being as a merger of Kamchatka Oblast and Koryak Autonomous Okrug, after a referendum was held on the issue on October 23, 2005. The date of merger has been set for July 1, 2007.
