Katherine Plunket
Katherine Plunkett (November 22, 1820–October 14, 1932) was the oldest person in Irish history, and was thought to be, at the time, the oldest person in England too, though further reasearch revealed that Ada Rowe was older by 12 days. She was also the last person to die who saw Sir Walter Scott alive.
