Kenneth Lieberthal
Kenneth Lieberthal (born September 9, 1943 Asheville, North Carolina) was senior director of the National Security Council during the Clinton Administration. He is a professor of political science at the University of Michigan, where he is an expert on contemporary Chinese political issues.
