Kerry and Kay Danes
Kerry and Kay Danes are an Australian husband and wife who were arrested on 23 December 2000 by authorities in the Lao People's Democratic Republic ("the Lao PDR"). They remained in jail in Vientiane for six months without any formal charges being laid against them.
