Laya yoga
Laya Yoga – shaivic system of practicing Yoga based on chakras development and inducing Kundalini energy. Laya means absorbing and dissolving or melting all difficulties and negatives, liberating from obstacles and problems by dissolving karman and destroying ovules of causes.
