Leci BrandĂŁo or Leci BrandĂŁo da Silva, born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on September 12th, 1944 - (living/2006), is a known Brazilian singer and composer of Brazilian Popular Music (MĂşsica Popular Brasileira or MPB). She is the daughter of PĂ©rola Negra, one of the artists who pioneered in making the Brazilian pagode music popular throughout the land.
