Landsford and Laura Ingalls
Landsford Whiting (November 12, 1812–May 21, 1896) and Laura Louise Colby Ingalls (November 5, 1810–October 18, 1883) were the paternal grandparents of Laura Ingalls Wilder and the parents of her father Charles Ingalls. They also feature as characters in Laura Ingalls Wilder's Little House in the Big Woods (1933).
