LĂĽneberg cheese
LĂĽneberg is a cow's-milk cheese made in mountain valleys in Vorarlberg in western Austria. Cheesemaking was introduced into this region from Switzerland; copper kettles and Swiss-type presses are used to make LĂĽneberg cheese.
