Lal Salaam
Lal Salaam is a communist or more commonly a Naxalite greeting originating in India, which is used when both hello and goodbye would be used in English. In Hindi Lal means red, the colour of communism, and Salaam is an Arabic word in use in India, which literally means 'peace' but is used as a greeting.
