Legendary Kings of Magadha
The Magadha kingdom was reportedly established in legendary antiquity by the descedants of Puru. Jarasandha, one of the descendants of Puru, appears in the Mahabharatha as the "Magadhan Emperor who rules all India" and meets with an unceremonious ending.
