Labour Coordinating Committee

The Labour Coordinating Committee was a soft left ginger group within the Labour Party. Originally associated with the Bennite ascendancy of the early 1980s, the group evolved over time to support Neil Kinnock's modernisation efforts and finally acted as an influential network of Blairites (Tony Blair himself was a member) before being wound-up in 1998.
