La EncarnaciĂłn (AsunciĂłn)
La EncarnaciĂłn is a barrio (neighbourhood) of AsunciĂłn, the capital of Paraguay. It is located fairly close to the Paraguay River and the downtown area of AsunciĂłn, which is the reason why this barrio has a lot of traditional and colonial buildings.
