Lavash



Lavash (Armenian: լավաշ; Persian: لواش; Turkish: lavaş; Azeri: lavaş; also known as Lahvash or Armenian cracker bread) is a soft, thin flatbread made with flour, water, and salt. It is the most wide-spread type of bread in Armenia and Iran.
