LĂ˝ Dynasty
The LĂ˝ Dynasty (Vietnamese: nhĂ LĂ˝, pronounced like Lee), sometimes known as the Posterior LĂ˝ Dynasty (nhĂ Háşu LĂ˝), was a Vietnamese dynasty that began in 1009 when LĂ˝ Thái Tổ overthrew the Anterior LĂŞ Dynasty (nhĂ Tiá»n LĂŞ) and ended in 1225 when the queen LĂ˝ ChiĂŞu HoĂ ng (then 8 years old) was forced to abdicate the throne in favor of her husband, Tráş§n Cảnh. They ruled Vietnam for a total of 216 years.
