Lake Volvi



Bolbe (He Bolbe limne, Greek: Λίμνη Βόλβη, modern: Limni Volvi, Macedonian: Бесицко Езеро, Besicko Ezero) was the name of a lake in Mygdonia, located at no great distance from the Aegean Sea. It is about 12 miles in length, and 6 or 8 miles in breadth.
