Lamin Khalifah Fhimah
Al Amin Khalifa Fhimah (Arabic: الأمين خليŮŘ© Ůهيمة) (born April 4 1956) is a former station manager for Libyan Arab Airlines at Luqa Airport, Malta. He was acquitted on January 31, 2001, by a panel of Scottish judges sitting in a special court at Camp Zeist, Netherlands, of 270 counts of murder in connection with the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, on December 21, 1988.
