LDAP Data Interchange Format
The LDAP Data Interchange Format (LDIF) is a standard data interchange format for representing (LDAP) directory content as well as directory update (Add, Modify, Delete, Rename) requests. LDAP is an acronym for "Lightweight Directory Access Protocol".
