Lehman Brothers, Kuhn, Loeb Inc.
Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb was formed in 1977 with the merger of Lehman Brothers and Kuhn, Loeb and Co. In 1984, the Firm was absorbed by the Shearson/American Express conglomerate, forming Shearson Lehman/American Express.
