Last Generation Theology

Last Generation Theology (LGT) is the designation given to a line of theological emphasis forming a subculture within the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It teaches that Jesus Christ was not only Substitute but Example, insists that Christians must cease from sin before the Second Coming, and confesses that the close of the age has been delayed by unconsecration in Christians but can be accelerated through their living of holy lives.
