Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward
Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward is a fictional character of the television series Thunderbirds, as well as the 2004 live action feature film of the same name. She is International Rescue's London Agent, and resides in Creighton-Ward Mansion with her butler, Aloysius "Nosey" Parker.
