Manuel GarcĂ­a Pelayo



Manuel García Pelayo (born Corrales del Vino-Zamora, Spain on May 23, 1909 – died Caracas, Venezuela on February 25, 1991), prominent Political Scientist and Jurist. Founder of the modern Department of Political Science of the Central University of Venezuela.
