Mainz Microtron
The Mainz Microtron (German name: Mainzer Mikrotron), abbreviated MAMI, is a particle accelerator of microtron type in which electrons are accelerated to relativistic velocities. It is operated by the Institute for Nuclear Physics of the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz.
