Mahmoud al-Mashhadani
Mahmud Dawud al-Mashhadani is an Iraqi politician and the Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives. He was elected to the Council of Representatives as part of the Sunni Arab-led Iraqi Accord Front list.
