Managerial Inbreeding
Managerial Inbreeding is where managers with poor staff assessment skills make decisions in terms of recruitment, rewards, and promotions regarding the human resources that report to them, leading to the next generation of managers lacking the necessary skill sets to reward and promote the most effective staff.
