Magi
Wise Men] are given the names [[Gaspar, Melchior, and Balthasar in this Romanesque mosaic from the Basilica of St Apollinarius in Ravenna, Italy. In fact, their number is unknown as it was never stated in the Bible; only that there were three gifts — the supposition that this implied three givers is speculation.
