Manikonda Chalapathi Rau
Manikonda Chalapathi Rau (MC) (1910-1983) was an eminent Indian journalist and an authority on the Nehruvian thought. Rau was the reputed editor of the English daily National Herald of Lucknow for over thirty years (from 1946 onwards).
