Manci Howard, Lady Howard of Effingham
Maria Malvina Howard, Lady Howard of Effingham, referred to as "Manci" (born December 26, 1912, Budapest) was the first wife of Lord Howard of Effingham (later the 6th Earl of Effingham), eldest son of the 5th Earl of Effingham, interned for several months as a threat to Britain's security during the Second World War. She was described by Lord Cottenham as "highly sexed" .
