Margin Lending

Margin Lending is a line of credit from a financial institution that uses an individual's holdings in shares to allow the individual the ability to borrow more money to invest in more shares, managed funds or property trusts. It gives the individual the potential to build wealth faster than if you only used your own funds to invest by using your existing portfolio as security to invest more or start a new portfolio.
