Mail Abuse Prevention System

The Mail Abuse Prevention System (MAPS) was founded in 1996 as a non-profit organization to pioneer innovative anti-spam techniques (e-mail). The organization is probably best known for its real-time blackhole list (RBL); it also offers a Transport Security Initiative (TSI), Dialup Users List (DUL) and Relay Spam Stopper (RSS).
