MahĂłn cheese
MahĂłn is a firm to hard white cheese made from cow's milk, named after the town of MahĂłn on the island of Minorca off the coast of Spain. MahĂłn is sweet and fruity but can be slightly salty due to sea salt content in the grasses the cows eat.
