Marineland of the Pacific
Marineland of the Pacific was a public aquarium and tourist attraction located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula coast above the Pacific Ocean in Los Angeles County California, USA. It operated from 1954 through 1987, when it was purchased by the owners of SeaWorld, who moved Marineland's popular Killer Whales to their San Diego facility and then abruptly closed the Marineland.
