Marc-Antoine Madeleine DĂ©saugiers (November 17 1772, Frjus (Var) - August 9 1827, Paris) was a French dramatist and song-writer, son of Marc-Antoine DĂ©saugiers. He studied at the Mazarin college in Paris, where he had for one of his teachers the critic Julien Louis Geoffroy.
